For everyday use and personal meditation the recommended dose is 25g For ceremonial use 45g is recommended (not to exceed 55g per day) For pregnancy it is recommended not to exceed 15-20g per day. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or are taking anti-depressant medication, please consult your health specialist before consuming Cacao paste.
